The Consult

60 min consult (or physical) + one 30-min telehealth or in-person followup within a month. $599 (prorated if shorter). We will thoroughly discuss current symptoms and functioning, review past history and background, and discuss treatment recommendations. We will answer any questions about medication safety. I will provide a detailed letter with treatment recommendations to your treating physician or to your PCP. If indicated/desired, this also includes a phone consultation with your treating clinician. Included for all Members.
